we work strictly non – profit. that means, all support donated to our project will be used to cover the projects costs concerning the lessons, the exchange- and  travel- expenses, and the production and performance.

we invite the young singers to take part in the production crew and, as far as possible, we reduce the master-class fees or make them fee-free, dependent on the donated support.

we organize performances, concerts and activities for the local population, with a strong focus on young people, regularly with low entrance fees or free entrance, according to the local partners.  in cetinje 2007, for example, we performed L’Orfeo, one “L’orfeo” concert, one belcanto night, one “thanks to cetinje” gala and five recitals in just three weeks.

the master – classes serve to prepare the singers, sometimes also instrumentalists, by lectures of well – known singing professors or singers. in 2006 the principal professor was maria jonas / germany, a specialist for early music technic until back to the medieval times. in 2007 it was the famous tenor nigel rogers / great britain , first and named best orfeo – performer of our times. in 2008 professor charlotte lehmann / germany started the semele studies, teacher of – for example – thomas quasthoff and professor at the universities of hannover and würzburg.  those lectures are accompaigned by scenic work on role and character , and mostly of an additional  lecturer for singing with a strong focus on recitation and language skills.

the production is our final meeting of three to six weeks, where the operas are staged. in the first three years of the co-operation we needed early music specialists as well as for upcomming semele, so we invited them from all-over europe. Additional we involve volunteers, assistants and stage-crew of local and international provenance and make beginners familiar with cultural organization.
